Good for experience, not for longevity...
Pros
On the positive side, you are thrown in at the deep end from day one. This can accelerate learning and give you exposure to a lot very quickly. However, that intensity comes with a cost, and it’s easy to become overwhelmed, stressed, and eventually burnt out. Overall, while there are opportunities to learn fast, I would personally think carefully before applying.
Cons
In my experience, Lane Media has some serious issues that are worth being aware of before applying. One of the biggest concerns is the high turnover. It often feels like roles are constantly being advertised, which raises questions about retention and long-term satisfaction. Alongside that, there seems to be a pattern of clients coming and going, which can create an unstable working environment. Work-life balance is another major downside. Expectations can feel excessive, and boundaries are not always respected. The culture can also feel quite insular at times, which may not suit everyone. The pay is also poor, compared to what other agencies are offering.
