You’re basically your own boss bc no one really runs the place.
Cons
This place used to be a money maker but not anymore bc the few key people that generated repeat business quit. Beth died so then her husband’s family took over and had never ran a restaurant before and it’s gone downhill ever since. Their priorities should’ve been *quality service* and the employees who prided themselves on excellent service were undervalued so they quit. Now, what used to be a minimum $200 day shift is now a $50 day and no one wants to work it.
