Poor management and negative attitudes. Culture is not good. It’s a decent place for an entry level person looking to get experience but no one lasts here very long hence why they are always hiring.
So much turnover here because of favoritism, poor management and burnout. Work expectations are a lot, and the load is not evenly distributed, if you bring up intense workload you’re made to feel bad about it.
