Company vision and status are shared weekly. Management provides the tools to succeed and has created a collaborative environment where training and support are given from management and team members. Individual and team accomplishments are celebrated and all are working toward a common goal - company growth.
Cons
No cons. Growth is always accompanied by challenges. Hard work in a fast paced environment is required to achieve our goals. Individuals must be multi-taskers, driven, and team players to succeed. Great place to work!

I have been with this team for almost 3 years. I have seen many people go over that time that were not ready for the pace of work. The organization is heavily focused on growth now and in the future. This trickles down to each team member. You have to want yo be improving to keep up. If you want to sit back and just collect a check this is not for you. Extra effort will need to be put in and is rewarded. Happy to work here with this team.

Looking forward to future company growth that opens up additional benefits such as health insurance.
