      Teaches Resillence Really not much else

      Cons

      Everything else. Twelve hour days six days a week for no compensation, you have to pay for fuel to get to the field. The public hate d2d sales people so earning enough commission to live off is extremely tough. Pointless morning meetings with no chairs to sit on, building is too crowded. Slightly cultish. Job description and interview is totally deceptive - ‘events management’ for d2d sales!

      Very enthusiastic and caring owners and senior leaders who show unmatched passion and genuine interest in their team

      Cons

      Unpredictable long hours and varying security in terms of earnings, as it is a commission only job, yet it is expected to devote the majority of your day, arriving in the morning and often leaving the field and returning late at night, so often more is expected than rewarded.
