The property is located 8kms away from a bus stop or atm and there is a 2km muddy road through a thick forest area just before the destination.
No security cameras and no safety for women staff working late nights at property. The company has low or no funding. The GM is poor and follows low standards. He requires uplifting/empowerment/training in order to give employees a better work environment.
There is food segregation amongst seniors and juniors, where low position staff do not get bread or egg and the like. Leftover chicken bones from restaurant are collected and made into 'bone curry' once a week.
Abusive language, pushing, slapping, kicking and tormenting of staff is common. The founders and senior managers often shout/humiliate/berate staff infront of thier guests.
There is micro agression towards people from other states.
Women staff are hired based on their looks or given gender oriented work and not hired based on educational or work experience backgrounds. Female staff are often told to tolerate sexist remarks and bullying made by male staff as it is considered part of their own cultural problem. All women staff (including seniors and juniors) are provided with only one small accommodation, whereas male staff are given abundant rooms.
No breaks and limited holidays for staff from other states.
Overall, this is a poor and low standard work environment.
