Pros
The role was interesting and kept changing which meant no day was the same and it was always busy and fast paced. Role was hybrid/remote and there was flexibility around WFH. Colleagues were lovely and supported and trained each other, it was a nice team of young people to work with.
Cons
Because the role was niche, there are little transferrable skills that can be used in another role. Operations managers were not welcoming to new staff, they ostracized staff and some displayed bully behavior. Communication between management and staff was not up to standard. Processes were constantly changing with little to no training to staff. No wellbeing support or mental health support. Pay was not equal among staff even though everyone did the same job. No career opportunities, no potential for promotion or growth within the company. Pay was very low for a London company.
