Initial phone call where we talked through past experience, what are my strengths and weaknesses, what I want to get out of a job, what I value in an office etc. as well as them explaining what the company does. Felt very much like they wanted to know as much about me to evaluate if I would fit in with the company culture rather than quizzing me and trying to catch me out.
Progressed to the next stage which was to come into the office for a face-to-face interview with a senior analyst. This stage also included a computer task to demonstrate my technical, analytical and presentation skills. We also talked through experience in more detail in the 2nd interview and described what specific roles and responsibilities the role would involve.
Was offered the job in the afternoon of the day of the 2nd interview.
