Management is extremely unprofessional. They screwed over most employees during the pandemic saying they all quit when they were let go. Some weren’t able to get unemployment.
Bartenders are responsible for everything. No bar backs, security or management.
Management showed unprofessionalism by displaying a lack of effort to communicate deadlines for documents in person or at a reasonable notice.
