Friendly co-workers, both FOH and BOH. Nicest kitchen team I've ever worked with. Lots of wine to try, and great tips if you work hard!
Cons
Some rude customers, little to no support staff except at peak times. Be prepared to make your own drinks. Minimal training, poor standardization of service.
