A Rare Find!

Pros

I've been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, and I've been with this company for the last 5 years. The Lotus Method has been one of the best fitness companies I have worked for. Some companies want to elevate themselves and care little for their employees. However, The Lotus Method is different. They genuinely want to help team members be the best they can be, listen to feedback, and value team members' opinions. They want clients to thrive and be as healthy as possible. I have felt cared for, seen, and heard as a team member, and honestly, after 15 years in the industry, the Lotus Method is a rare find!

Cons

Honestly, there are no cons.

Pros

Never felt more empowered in my life. My heart sings being surrounded by women who have similar goals as my own: educating women on the importance of the pelvic floor, building confidence in their bodies, maintaining & gaining physical strength for motherhood & beyond. CEO does an outstanding job supporting each individual employees personal and professional goals. She's present, transparent & gets sh*t done! True boss lady. It's inspiring. The team is fantastic, all contributing their own individual expertise in terms of exercise backgrounds, hobbies, & motherhood. Continuing education is a staple & something I personally value. Each team member is encouraged & has the opportunity to bring what they'd like to the team, whether it be a presentation on returning to running, a new set of exercises, or planning a team party. While this position is a pivot point for some, I don't see myself leaving this family any time soon.

Cons

Working with the prepostnatal population can be emotionally overwhelming at times. So long as you're transparent with your superiors about your bandwith, they will always provide you with the support you need.
