Pros

There is absolutely nothing good about working for this company.

Cons

The Mahone Group is the most toxic work environment I have ever been a part of. This husband and wife duo doesn't know how to take care of their employees whatsoever and they handle their business very poorly. It doesn't matter if you think (or know) you've done everything right, they will always make sure to let you know how horrible of a job you have been doing. They talk about their employees behind their back practically every day. They have had a turn over of 6+ employees (of their own - not candidates) in the past 7 months alone. You are only safe for a few months before they look to replace you. They don't like keeping the same people around for long and they NEVER like the same employee. If one of them loves you, you better bet that the other one hates you.

Do Not Work For This Company

Pros

There is nothing good about working for this company.

Cons

The Mahone Group in Marietta is the most oppressive and depressive places I have worked in all of my years of working. When you interview with them, they seem so warm and inviting, but it is a hoax. The employers are a husband and wife team who get some type of sick enjoyment out of belittling their employees and threatening their jobs nearly everyday. They take turns verbally abusing employees and sometimes they will do it collectively. If you make it through a day without being yelled at it's a good day, but trust me those days are few and far in between. While working there, you will be expected to be early, stay late, skip lunch, not miss days or take vacations and not talk to or be friendly with other employees. They will also try to cheat you out of the benefits they promise when you are hired. Don't expect any commissions or bonuses either. If you are interviewing for one of their client's, they may be fake nice to you if they think you can bring them money. If they don't like you, they will be rude, judgmental and dismissive. Rob and Susan are poor excuses for business owners and it's a wonder that they have been in business so long without being sued multiple times because it's such a hostile work environment. They are condescending, insensitive and pure evil. If you decide to work at this company, you may last a few weeks.
