Open-minded leadership, growing in the face of an industry with other companies that seem to be doing the opposite, no presupposed solutions, great people, modern thinkers, everyone there actively participates in shaping the culture and the work.
Cons
Along with growth comes new people coming from different places and everyone brings their own understanding of process and work. This can sometimes mean “bumping” into each other. (But if that’s the biggest problem, we’re in good shape!)
