Pros
super friendly and understanding bosses, good perks (staff drinks and staff meals), locals, hours are not too bad as it closes early, nice local customers, nice overall environment to work in
Cons
unorganised (sometimes can be a lot of miscommunication between bosses and staff), hours can be very long, overtime most shifts (but is paid)
