      A highly creative, collaborative, transparent and human organization that puts people first. Working at The Mavericks gives you the opportunity to push yourself to deliver the best while giving you the space to attend to your personal life. A very flexible and open work culture that focuses on listening to people and making an employee's journey fulfilling and rewarding.

      - Great clients that are open to new ideas - Inspiring leadership with strong ethics - Flat organisation and a vibrant, young work culture - Fair pay At Mavericks, there are no boundries to what you can achieve or excel at! You have an idea- you run with it and everyone will come to support you (and cheer you on!)

      One of the biggest advantages of working with The Mavericks is that you get a lot of exciting opportunities to learn and grow. Apart from that, it also helps to maintain a positive working environment where one can achieve work-life balance.

      Cons

      With my time at The Mavericks so far, I have not come across any cons so far.

      Thank you so much for your feedback. We strive to achieve an excellent work-life balance. The last few months have been a bit taxing; we are adding new team members to ensure that we continue to enjoy a good balance. The opportunities to do great work have grown disproportionately in the last six months. We are proud that all team members are trying to build multiple skillsets and become truly integrated.
