Very positive workplace. Respect for employees and members. Lots of fun!

As with most training jobs, no benefits. Although fantastic about coverage when necessary.

Pros

-Community of health driven individuals. -Pay was decent (At the cost of every free moment you had)

Cons

-Extremely cliquey management/employee base. -Work schedule is never the same, no structure. Some days are 4:45am-8pm others are 1pm-8pm and all other combinations of times. -Applied for a General/Operations Manager and every task I was assigned was sales based. -Ownership does nothing to help you, will then blame you for low enrollment. -Gaslighting techniques used frequently when ownership doesn’t like an interaction. -Expectations of working while not on the clock, weekends, during brakes, etc.
