READ THE REVIEWS before you decide to join this place. My own fault for not doing so before accepting a position here. Please for the love of God, do yourself a favor and stay far far away from here. I left another job to come here and I regret doing that. If you look at the other reviews, it warns you that this place hires and fires, it's a revolving door. Definitely not something they should be proud of. At least a dozen quit or got fired during my time of employment. If that's not a huge red flag, I don't know what is. There are only a handful of nice people that actually work there, the rest are fake and unwelcoming. The management here is a joke and that could be one the many reasons there is so much turnover. They clearly don't know what they are doing. As for the President, who is also the wife of the owner, she is unprofessional, rude, insecure and childish. Although she is rarely in the office, when she is, she makes it a cancerous environment to be in. The way they treat their employees is terrible. You'd think with how seasoned they are, they'd have some class, but that they lack. It's also apparent that the Ferry's aren't humble. I don't care how much money you have, treat your employees like people, not trash! I'll leave it at that. Don't say I didn't warn you.

The mike ferry organization says that you can reach a $100k annual income. However, after doing the math and working their 'system', I have found that this is simply not possible. This is a bait and switch tactic. The mike ferry organization should not be able to advertise such a false claim. You can expect the make around $30k annauly. Plus, they advertise a base pay that is not in a draw. However, you have to sell a certain amount before receiving commission which ultimately results in you paying back your base and even more. It's a scheme that the owners have been playing for a long time now. This contributes to the extremely high turn over rate. And if that isn't bad enough, you have to listen to a young manager who thinks he is funny during sales meetings. Trust me, it's terrible.
