Great when I arrived. But then all the people with great hearts and minds jumped ship or retired.
Pros
-Excellent middle management for certain departments. A real sense of "I appreciate the hard work". -Many company outings and activities.
Cons
-Very little room to grow. (Too much work on your plate means no room to develop or learn other skills) -Flaunting of wealth from the top is noticeable. -Bosses are not interested in paying more to retain employees with decades of experience. Instead, they hire graduates and give them low salaries, and expect the same amount of work from them. (Very unrealistic expectations) -They terminate employees claiming they do not have enough work or funds to pay them, then ask other employees to work overtime and forgo overtime pay. -No HR department. If you have issues, your complaints usually fall on deaf ears.
