Two-faced and deceitful upper management in this company
Pros
+ Some genuinely really fantastic people working there who’s potential are sadly wasted because of poor and ungrateful leadership and management + There is some opportunity to travel to asia from the Stockholm office + Decent flexibility in regards to working hours
Cons
- Extremely nepotic, CEO hires his friends and puts them on management positions on a regular basis even though they are a horrible fit - Leadership in the company constantly overpromising and underdelivering. Its run by salesmen to whom lying seems to be a second nature - Very dishonest and manipulative leadership - Developers are viewed as resources and not people - Underpaid and understaffed - No value put at skills training or development/competence development - Project management is essentially non-existent for the most part(has been for years. At one point as a developer for months I did development, project management, design and dealing with customers at the same time) - Feedback from employees are ignored and not valued - You are expected to do a lot more than you were hired for with no compensation - No policies, causes unclarity and confusion - Worked there for 6 years, can confirm loyalty is not valued nor appreciated
