The senior management is bad in many ways: - The way they lay people off - Sharing and consulting with mid management and employees - A lot of unnecessary spending - No obvious path for promotion - A LOT of false promising by the management for existing employees (to keep them) and new employees (to recruit them) in terms of salary, company status, atmosphere, promotions and well being. - Management keep the cards close. - Low to Average salaries for employees (better for mid management) - Incompetent people in key positions, without proper knowledge or management skills. - High demands but limited resources The cons stated above are felt in many departments (both in the the marketing & operations and support division).

Very hard to get a salary rise, conditions are usually fixed when you start working, after it is almost impossible to improve your employment conditions, need to fight for any benefit, like a parking lot, when there is plenty of place... Promotion to better positions based on personal relations with the management rather than your personal skills. Too many mediocre employees that come to warm the chair instead of working, too many good people left because of the management unwilling to understand their career needs...
