Pros

Good Technical school. You have to grow or you are left behind. Good salaries and benefits. (maybe not anymore) Good place to learn how not to manage (particularly if you had previous experiences).

Cons

Benefits are being cut down. Directors don't decide. Mainly because the board members are always checking and blaming for mistakes. Projects stagnate. Hired a lot of young skilled people that are battered all the time from top and bottom. Everyone is leaving as there is caroussel of chair with old friends taking all the good roles. The world has changed and it seems management still hasn't understood the new generations. Resistance to change, new ideas is huge. Don't care about the employees and their well being.

Cons

Lack of innovation, lack of employee engagement, serious lack of corporate culture and autonomy for directors, The Board tries to decide almost every aspect of the business leaving employees with relatively low real autonomy,
