Pros

The Nectar Group has some wonderful families that they work with.

Cons

The management is not very kind, communicative or helpful. I felt that the interview was very misleading in describing the operations, expectations, and support. The positions and work flow are not clearly defined, so new tasks can be assigned without warning, and operations may change frequently. This makes it difficult to be successful. The operations in general are just not efficient. They work from various platforms that require constant updating, and most of the work is duplicated in multiple areas. Other processes are outdated and tedious. The demands are unrealistic given the amount of work, unreasonable deadlines, and refusal to let anybody hit overtime. The CEO is incredibly unresponsive and unwilling to take measures to ensure employee satisfaction. And, because everything is virtual, you are at the mercy of waiting on responses. There are enough difficult clients and families you have to work with, and many people are disappointed or angry with the cost and outcomes of these programs upon completion. In the time I worked there, many people left within 6 months of hire, so there is a lot of turnover, which adds to the difficulty of keeping up or meeting expectations.
