Pros
Fellow employees are fun, the Barlow is a cool place to work
Cons
Everything else. The owner, Gia, is horrific to work for and goes on rampages where she screams at employees. She also sends passive aggressive and LONG emails (I'm a quick reader and it took 30 minutes for me to get through one of the emails that was sent to every staff member). Pay is PATHETIC and employees are constantly disrespected. Extremely high turnover rate for this reason.

the owner is a great person but needs to work on management skills there’s no AC so during the summer it’s 15 degrees warmer than it is outside in the shop
