      The door is the only pro, the one that leads to the exit

      Cons

      Constructive dismissal claims, Mental health issues because of lack of trust and direction, fraudulent activity, GDPR breaches, senior management (CEO and Chairman) are deluded and have no idea how to run a company. They don't like to hear the truth. Cannot have constructive conversations with anyone. Value sales staff above everything, even when those people are bullies.
