Pros

I had the chance to take on a lot of projects independently and own them. There's a lot of autonomy for folks who are self-driven.

Cons

You often don't get access to a lot of resources/budget for your projects. TNW is now focusing on European startups, so it's no longer globally remote-friendly like before.
