The most unprofessional, inappropriate, petty work environment I've ever encountered.
Pros
Money is decent until your supervisor is stealing your tips, and upper management doesn't want to involve themselves. Health insurance is REALLY exceptional unless they forget to submit your paper work and you're without insurance for 4 months.
Cons
EXTREMELY high turnover rate, people quit about once every two weeks. Supervisors have no training on how to train new hires, because this store is consistently without a Store Manager. They won't let you work overtime but will expect you to come in 6-7 days a week to cover for callouts or people quitting because of the high turn over. Favoritism between upper management staff, it feels almost like you're in high school again with a bunch of mean girls. Owner will not acknowledge you or introduce herself, I saw her maybe twice my entire time here. Communication is entirely toxic, you can not have an adult conversation with any upper management without them losing their temper on you like they're children. Every single employee is miserable everyday, all day and this place is never going to get any better. Instead of addressing issues with upper management they would retaliate against employees. No parking, literally no parking at all for staff. Schedule would come out two days before the new work week so you never knew when you were working/ couldn't make plans. Forced employees to work without power which was incredibly dangerous considering the amount of money & product we have on hand. Rules only applied/enforced if upper management decided they didn't like you.
