      You can make your own schedule and the tips can sometimes be good

      Cons

      Inconsistent money, zero accountability by the higher ups. No way to reach anyone in charge. The rules constantly change without warning. No explanations when things change. They will change your wages without warning or explanation. There is NOBODY to talk to when you need help. You can e-mail, but nobody will get back to you with answers.
