Nothing, Extremely toxic environment. If you enjoy cussing all day long and pointing fingers this place if for you.
Cons
VP of operations and Director of Finance run the show and instill fear in subordinates. They do not value people. They are extremely sneaky and slimy and will threaten your job. Extremely high turnover and they lack processes so you are basically set up for failure. Management will lie to you during your interview process just to get a "body" in the role then LOOK OUT!....they start pointing fingers to make themselves look good.
