      Good hours, working with food and learning new things

      Cons

      Work/life balance is bad. Always taking work home with you. Management don’t care about you and are not bothered if you need help.

      There were none, apart from the team i have worked with, but we were transferred from the previous business

      Cons

      Terrible management, all they cared about their profit. They felt, that everyone had to work over time without payment. Just horrible, horrible people.

      I think the people I work with and spend so much time with are the making or breaking of my experience and how those people feel going into work sets the tone for the office or workspace and really that's all down to good management recognising peoples talents and rewarding the extra effort and helping the flaws and I feel seen and heard at work and I get to do it all with the amazing team I work with

      none that i can think of maybe a better coffee machine
