Pros

Good vacation pay and bonus potential.

Cons

They are some of the worst in the parking industry. Do not care about employee's, and management are nothing but sheep. They want the lowest of the low so the status quo remains; if your smart you won't last here. I worked with them after they bought out another company, and within three months 90% of the original staff quit. Beware, if your an independent garage Parking Spot will have your parking lot soon enough. They have the capital and will continue to buy out the competition.

Pros

The pros consist of the staff I managed, the friendly customers who I had the pleasure of helping and the AM and GM who were above me.

Cons

Summertime is extremely stressful, the bad customers who ruin everyone's day, upper management being indifferent to day-to-day stress level.

Pros

Very family oriented. You could pop in and have a conversation with the regional manager, VP - Sales or someone from corporate with no problem. Lots of small incentives and bonuses offered to employees (accident free, holiday bonus, customer scores, etc...). Aside from peak times of the year, it was generally no problem to request time off, provided the employee had the vacation or PDO available. Free parking when you travel, very competitive pay for the AA role. TPS truly does care about their guests travel experience and will take care of them, always.

Cons

The Supervisor level is somewhat underpaid and if there was an opening for one, a candidate with a 4 year degree would take precedence over one who has genuine experience. GM's (at least at my location) were not involved enough with the new hire process. They completed the interview and then Admin took over from there. Sometimes it would be a week before the GM checked in with them. This left many new hires to only seek out their shifts supervisor or Asst. Manager for everything.
