Pros
I was blown away from week 1 with the company culture. Hands down the best part about working here are the people. The owner clearly values and has put a lot of work into creating a company culture of wonderful people who are kind, up for conversations, and enjoy being around each other. You get to meet lots of people who are affluent as Pilates is a monetarily restrictive activity and it allows you to network and be in close proximity to people you normally would not have access to very frequently.
Cons
If you aren't a morning person or don't like working evenings, that's about the only con I can think of since they close during the days and open in mornings and evenings.
