Pros

- free food -easy job if u get the hang of it -nice locations, nice customers, not alot of bs u have to deal with

Cons

- super fast paced, like abnormally fast thats why the turn over rate is super high -if u want to last in this place don't share anything, just be a robot to the owners who try really hard to relate and be ur friends, to get to know you, then gaslight u when u need help- because guess what? They won't. All they do is gaslight you about what u said previously, during conversations. They need super fast paced robots. And if u can't match the pace then its better to leave. Just don't let the owners be friend you or ask about anything personal. Better to stfu

Pros

- paid meals during shifts - you'll receive a $0.50 or $0.25 increase every half a year

Cons

- management behaved predatory towards some of the younger female team members. I've seen this same fully-grown adult throw temper tantrums, kicking boxes and screaming out of frustration in the store. - lazy team leads, who took advantage of their position to take 5-hour "bathroom breaks" instead of working with the rest of the team. - many shifts were understaffed, especially during the busiest times of the year
