The team is small, which means a more tight-knit and collaborate environment, which is fantastic. The start-up nature of the business provides an exciting atmosphere where no two days are the same. There are plenty of opportunities for creative problem solving, collaboration and innovation. Despite only working a few days a week, I feel like an integral part of the team, and have been made to feel so since day one. Plus the platform is amazing and the community that uses it is fantastic as well. I know so much about portfolio careers now, and I feel better suited to develop my own services outside of TPC. That's probably why the business is growing so quickly!
Cons
The quick business growth means a lot of adaptability is necessary. But if you like fast-paced environments, that's not necessarily a bad thing. What you're doing when you start working for TPC is likely to evolve as the business grows, so you have to be ready to brace every challenge head-on.
