      The company has been in decline since I joined, lack of transparency, blame culture - far worse in the last 12 months

      Pros

      I was able to start at the bottom as a warehouse associate and work my way to the counter. I was able to get raises as time went on.

      Cons

      Have to be willing to do any job in the business at anytime. If help is needed in shipping or picking you do it.
