Wealth/Finance Team & Directors. Employee Assistance programmes that include nutritionist and psychologist. Renovation of the office. Opportunity and Progression for undergraduates.
Cons
BUSINESS ADVISORY - Poor management skills, terrible culture, negative environment. Need to be more transparent about former employees leaving so early and the roles and descriptions of positions. Training needs more work as well being able to handle issues or problem in workplace. Sexiest and favouritism. No on-site hr. I don’t feel this place cares about their staff or their needs.
