Pros

Agency has some amazing programs that provide services to families. Dedicated staff working towards a common cause. Great place to start a career.

Cons

Only way to describe CEO is toxic. Unprofessional, reactive, gossips, and spreads rumors about staff. Has resulted in multiple staff leaving over the past four years. Salary a bit low but on par with other non-profits.

Pros

The clients and families. Coworkers can be fun.

Cons

Management is very political. Management is lazy and will hire up employees to fill vacancies, not based on performance or merit. HR is not on the employee's side or for the benefit and safety of employees. Can be full of petty drama. High turnover due to poor management and impossible expectations for productivity.
