Pros

Good Work to life balance. They do make sure that employees have food, breaks, and have the ability to handle things in life if need be. There are a few good managers there, but not enough to make a difference.

Cons

They say, "We will teach you" but when they actually have to, you will have to answer for it. They do not make sure that new employees have all of the tools necessary to lead them to a path to succeed. When you bring up that you're having issues, the management aren't very tech understanding people, and will turn the focus on you like you're to blame. There was also an issue with management making unnecessary comments that could be very much misconstrued, and was by several employees in Teams chats. It is very clique like in the office, they either like you and do everything to help, or you're an outsider and will be treated as such. The work load is astronomical for new employees, and new employees inherit tickets that have 2-300 days on time sent in and you as the new employee are looked at like you should have all of the answers, again, with little to no training. If you go to ask questions to some people, they go to management complaining that they cannot answer your questions because they are busy, yet management tells you to ask others and "use resources" yet, if you ask questions, use resources, or teams chats, you will have to answer for it later. They expect you to come in there and know how to do things without being told, trained, or anything even after you specifically tell them that you will need to be trained and they agree to it. There is only 1 manager there that you can rely on, the rest you literally have to go and hunt down all of the time. When you inform management about the issues with your work station, i.e. software/applications that were missing, and inform them that yourself and a few others got them installed, 4 weeks after starting mind you (should have been done during orientation) their response is, "There is no way for us to foresee that you will need those tools." The methods that the upper management and some lower management uses to "progress" is some of the worst management I have ever seen in my life. I will say this, there are a few that truly try and do great, but there has been employees literally just walk out of the door, and I do not blame them 1 bit.

Pros

Decent support from higher tier support/management. Great opportunity to acquire new skills/knowledge. Always busy (makes the days go fast)

Cons

On-Call. You have to do it and the extra $ for your time is way too low for the disruption it causes in your life. MSP's typically pay way less than what you are worth but the trade off is the experience and skills you will gain. You will burn out (any MSP) as the work is non stop and you will be expected to work way above your skill level. "Just figure it out"

Pros

They at least put on the image that they try

Cons

The CFO works at the location. He may be a good accountant but butts his nose into things he has know business doing. Stick with accounting leave IT to the people with the skills. He blames everyone else for losing clients when in reality he is the problem
