There are many awesome people working in the company. Also the remote work and benefits.

Cons

I agree with the most recent review, the management is completely lost with no sense of direction, therefore the products are going nowhere and management is taking their frustration out on the employees. They talk a lot about the growth mindset but there is no place for it, one mistake and you are fired.
