Pros

I personally found that the supervisors and managers were extremely supportive to not only myself but to other TROC employees as well. I enjoyed my employment with this company and had I not been offered a higher paying position with another company I would still be employed with TROC.

Cons

None, nothing to complain about!

Loved selling phones to people and helping them

Cons

Management sucked and was on you constantly about sales quota the whole time even if you already hit it for the month.
