      Pros

      The people are amazing! You get to work with brilliant people who get things done. That made me excited to wake up every day.

      Growth is dependant on your manager's relationship with leadership Stagnation is assured for most Random changes based on bad leadership decisions made earlier Very low compensation for local staff It's a toxic work environment Can get pushed out because you're ambitious enough to speak out and ask for growth opportunities

      Lack of career progression, training and learning opportunities. New strategy leads to new projects frequently. Management talks about all the successes throughout the year but team members are given low bonuses/increments with the reason of poor performance of the company.
