Pros

If you work over 3hrs you get a salad. Can pick up shifts in other stores.

Cons

Horrendous onboarding after your one day training your thrown in the deep end. No menu training, no allergens. Just online course. You can work 12-3 then back 6-10. Most stores don’t have a staff room just a closet. Changing management and team members weekly. Most staff don’t stay. Coperate will come to the store randomly, take pictures of your station and nit pick at the busiest times. No water breaks. Forget career progression, this is done by favouritism. Not allowed to take the food, all has to thrown in the bin at the end of day.

Pros

Taste salads, easy and convenient access in general

Cons

No time for improvement or even having a proper break, lunch, , the aim of the company is only to raise money for the next new place, focusing in cutting staff hours, overloading staff with work
