- Great staff sales - Able to enter transit - Able to receive products (good if you are into beauty) - Staff benefits - First hand information on beauty industry

Cons

- Obvious bootlicking to managers and hod (very bias) - Lack of clear communication - Managers and hod like to gossip and talk behind others back (usually loud enough for whole office to hear) - Dirty politics

- Able to learn from all brands, attend courses and such (up to 400 brands) - Able to work towards achieving different types of incentives

Cons

Horrible work environment. Although you are able to earn from any brands, as long as you serve a the customer throughout, the allocated beauty advisors always expect you to give them the commission because they are UNDER THE BRAND (key in their code, even though we are not supposed to do so). If you don’t do so, you will be outcasted or they will be hostile/show you black face throughout your whole working life there. So either you want to make friends there or make money. Can’t have both There’s only a rare few decent staff there
