Pros
Went from dream job to a nightmare, but mostly due to personal chemistry issues with leadership that has since left the company. The team was always great and the work is meaningful.
Cons
Money at a non-profit is always tight which affects everything, and perhaps a little too much in this case.

Great team, excellent mission, a chance to support international talent and help them create a career in Finland or start their business, after restructuring all positions are paid and it's a small core team of experts
Cons
Quite a hectic environment, budget very dependent on funding and sales
