Must put your own taxes, they don’t pay for travel although you will drive your own car to do cases hours away, the owner is very unprofessional, you might not get your check on time, and you will never move up the ladder. They hire their friends to manage everyone and you will be treated wrong. The managers will never be fired due to them being the boss’ friends. no benefits at all.
