Stupid management, Idiot CEO, issues in salaries

1. There are a lot of issues when it comes to salaries. Speaking from personal and experience of others in the company, salaries are late, and sometimes dont even come for certain months yet mgmnt keep hiring more people. 2. HR policies are very bad, if you resign company will wihtold salary for upto 2 months and you will have issues getting experience letters and relieving letters. Mgmnt will try very hard to keep you from leaving, even threatening to sue if you leave based on employment contract, though obviously since their contract does not even follow labour laws of india, it does not even apply 3. Extremely unrealistic deadlines, and at the end of the day you are called kamchor and stupid even if you worked hard 4. CEO has no idea ho to run a company and is driving the company into the ground. Management will flood glassdoor with good reviews, if you are about to join, take a few minutes to contact literally anyone on linkedin who worked there > 1 year. Believe me, you will be glad you did
