I quit after a week. The owner and his bad breath wife, Rebecca, were the worst. Inadequate on-boarding and superficial training.. 9.5 hour days with a half hour lunch. No respect for boundaries -- badgering, hectoring calls and emails from Steve Daynes after hours right up to midnight. He also liked to show up at the end of your shift and keep you extra time. He assigned work without having properly briefed you or with the necessary context to understand what was needed. Other staff were miserable and run off their feet. One was quitting and so happy to be leaving.

None, they placed me in a terrible job

Cons

They placed me in a job where I was harassed, bullied and my safety was put at risk. When I reported the conditions of the workplace they sent me to, they didn’t care at all. I was actually told that I should have stayed in that workplace where I felt unsafe. They don’t care about you, and will place you in horrible work environments. Then try to make you feel guilty for leaving out of fear for your personal health and safety.

Weekly paycheck is nice that’s about it.

Never, in any capacity, work with these people. They have no values or morals and do not treat others appropriately. They extort you with a ridiculous number of hours and get pissed when you don’t hang around even longer for no reason. Zero communication and very little people/management/project management skills. The expectation for staff is to care as much as they do, when they earn 6 figures off it, not the employee. Overall a toxic environment and not a good place to be.
