      Pros

      Beautiful property, employees get to use the gym & spa, good benefits with regards to PTO and insurance.

      Cons

      The hotel is now being run by a "yes" man that doesn't understand operations at all. He only cares about cutting costs, playing favorites, manipulating people and it is commonly stated by employees that he is getting kickbacks from side companies he brings in. He has ruined a beautiful company, fired great people, and promoted people based on whether he likes them. It is a dictatorship.

      great team that supports you. help from HR on any inquires. training and help from your supervisors when necessary. almost always can negotiate. availability to use the facility.

      Cons

      management communication, compensation could have been way better. short-staffed so you work x2 people.
