      -Interesting projects -Wide range of projects

      Cons

      -Incredibly short timescales for projects meaning you're required to work over your contracted hours every single day lest you no make a deadline -Cliquey, if you're a newcomer good luck making friends cause everyone here is already friends and you aren't invited -Managers are aggressive bullies -Poor pay -Lack of social interaction despite office being filled with people, everyone is in competition or doesn't get on

      Pros

      Was a forward-thinking, interesting magazine before it became a lazy parody of itself.

      Cons

      Where to start? Horrendous, inept managers with borderline sociopathic tendancies. Department heads that have been there forever and feel threatened by any new employees. Crazy long hours due to disorganisation and incompetence. No positive feedback and a general mindset that working there is a thankless privilege.

      * Good location * Some talented and friendly people across the offices

      Cons

      * Poor management (seems to be a general feeling when you talk to other people) * No career progression * No appraisals * No real care for your growth as individual and as a professional * No budget for training * No perks * A huge gap and detachment between the top managers and the rest of the people, they don't even seem to care to say a "Good Morning" when they enter the office.
