      Pros

      Good stable job with a strong mission. If you work hard you will get recognized for it and if you further your education/credentials you will be recognized for it too. I appreciate knowing that.

      Cons

      Hard work/a lot of work. Understaffed at times, which I learned is an ongoing problem in social services and anytime a company is staffing for shift coverage.

      There are some sweet clients and you get hours towards licensure quickly.

      Cons

      The census is prioritized above all else, including client and staff safety. Blatant favoritism on the part of management. Company culture is toxic.
