- There is ZERO communication at this company. There wasn't a good onboarding. You just get thrown in to figure out the day to day on how the company works and what they actually expect from you. - They started small with one clinic. That clinic was strong with a good team and the original people know that. If you aren't from the "original" and/or if you don't immediately click with them, you are left out and outcasted. You have to be loud, aggressive, and make your presence known to be appreciated in this company. Quieter people will not be seen and not be given the opportunity to shine. - The compensation here was lower than any other aesthetic clinic I've worked for. Wasn't impressed with my pay rate.

awful leadership, so toxic. the owner talks bad about everyone and makes you feel so small. she only cares about celebrities and says wildly inappropriate things to people. huge turnover because everyone doesn't trust her. she has her 5 loyal people.
